BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT AND LAW (BEL)

Aim of this exam is to provide CS Students with basic knowledge of Business Environment and Business law and entrepreneurship. Business can not work in isolation so it needs an environment which provides it with services and consumes the service or output of business. This Business environment is dynamic and in modern times it changes rapidly. In accordance to changes in environment Business laws are also amended from time to time. So for a student who is pursuing his or her studies to be a CS professional it is important to understand these factors. CS foundation Exam of Business Environment and Entrepreneurship (BEE) deals with all these aspects. Exam is divided into three parts.

Part One covers business environment, aspects and factors affecting it, recent trends which have emerged in our environment etc. 

Part two holds the maximum marks and it covers various business laws like Companies Act 2013, Contract Act 1872, Sales of Goods Act 1930, Indian Partnership Act 1932, Negotiable Instrument Act 1881.

This exam is conducted is an objective based exam and is conducted on computers. So it is important for all CS Foundation students to practice for their exam

Exam is divided into Two parts
PART A:       BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT (40%)
PART B:       BUSINESS LAWS (60%)
