Number system is mathematical notation to represent the numbers as binary symbol, decimal symbol etc. 

Natural Number
Numbers used for counting are known as natural numbers. Minimum natural number is 1 and maximum is infinity. 
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,  …………. infinity

Whole numbers
Counting number along with zero are whole numbers.
0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,  …………. 

Integers
All Counting numbers (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, etc), 0 and negative numbers (i.e. -1, -2, -3, -4, etc) are known as Integers.

Rational Numbers
Numbers which can be written in fraction are rational numbers like P/Q.

Irrational numbers
Numbers which can not be written in fraction are irrational numbers like root

Even numbers
Numbers which are divisible by 2 are even numbers. 2, 4, 6, 8 

Odd numbers
Numbers which are not divisible by 2 are odd numbers. 1, 3, 5, 7,

Prime numbers
Numbers which are greater than 1 and have only two factors that 1 and the number it self are known as prime number. 2, 3, 5, 

Composite numbers
Numbers which are greater than one and are not prime numbers are known as composite numbers. So these numbers have more than two factor. 4, 6, 8, 9,
